BMC Track-It! – Configuring Email Monitor

This video explains how to configure the Email Monitor module of BMC Track-It. When the emails are imported, work orders are dynamically created and sent to the relevant technician. Simultaneously, an e-mail confirming the creation of the work order is sent to the end user that requested assistance.
